The Rotary Club of Wilkes-Barre applies the Rotary "Four Way Test" by investing in the future of area students.  Students are encouraged by Rotarians to consider serving their community by taking an active role in their local Rotary Club.  The "Four Way Test" asks...Of the things we think, say, or do: 1.  Is it the truth?, 2.  Is it fair to all concerned?, 3.  Will it build goodwill and better friendships?, 4.  Will it be be beneficial to all concerned?
